Can I change plans during the month?
Yes. Upgrades are applied immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. You maintain full access to current plan features until the end of the paid period.
How does billing work and what are the payment methods?
Monthly recurring billing via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PIX (Brazil only). No setup fees. Cancel anytime without penalties or minimum periods. Invoice issued automatically.
Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
We offer a 7-day unconditional guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we refund 100% no questions asked. For enterprise projects (3+ services), contact us to discuss custom 14-30 day trials.
What is the SLA and what happens if there's downtime?
Professional and Business plans include 99.5% monthly uptime SLA (max 3h40min downtime/month). If breached, you receive credits proportional to downtime: 10% for each 1% below SLA. Starter has 99% SLA (best effort).
Do you help with migrating existing workflows and data?
Yes. Professional and Business plans include 2-4 hours of migration support for n8n workflows, Evolution API configs, and PostgreSQL schemas. For complex migrations (20+ workflows or data > 50GB), we offer additional packages from BRL 499.
How do backups work and how long is data retained?
Automatic daily backups (Starter), every 12h (Professional) or 6h (Business). Retention of 7 days (Starter), 30 days (Professional) or 90 days (Business). Restore via web dashboard in under 15 minutes. Backups encrypted with AES-256 in geographically distributed storage.
Where is data stored and how does LGPD compliance work?
Infrastructure hosted in ISO 27001 certified datacenters in Brazil (São Paulo). Data never leaves national territory. 100% LGPD compliant processing. DPA (Data Processing Agreement) available upon request for corporate clients.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you at 80% and 95% of limits. Starter and Professional: services pause until upgrade or next cycle. Business: soft limits with overage charged at BRL 0.02/additional execution (n8n) or BRL 0.001/message (Evolution API). No penalties or surprise charges.
