Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutomaBotHub services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AutomaBotHub.

2. Description of Services

AutomaBotHub provides managed infrastructure to host applications such as n8n, Evolution API, databases and other services. We provide automated provisioning, monitoring and technical support according to the contracted plan.

3. Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords and credentials. Sharing access credentials is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities performed on your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Plans are billed monthly via credit card. Billing occurs on the same day each month. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions asked. After this period, there are no prorated refunds for early cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use our services for illegal activities, spam, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, malware distribution, or any activity that harms other users or shared infrastructure.

6. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Your instance data is isolated and not accessed by staff without explicit authorization, except for technical support when requested.

7. Availability and SLA

We commit to the SLAs defined in each plan. Downtime outside the SLA generates proportional credits as described on our SLA page. Scheduled maintenance is communicated with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access is maintained until the end of the paid period. Cancellations do not generate refunds for the remaining period after the initial 7 days. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by incorrect user configurations, external attacks or force majeure.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice. Continued use after this period implies acceptance of the new terms.
