AutomaBotHub is a managed-infrastructure provider (Path 2, Railway-style). We do not resell or operate n8n on your behalf — we provide the infrastructure on which your instance runs.

By accessing and using AutomaBotHub services, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy (/privacy), the Cookie Policy (/cookies), and the SLA applicable to your plan (/sla). If you do not agree with any part, do not use the services. These documents constitute the legal agreement between you and AutomaBotHub. The Brazilian Portuguese version is the legally binding text; this translation is provided for convenience.
AutomaBotHub provides managed infrastructure to host automation applications such as n8n, Evolution API, databases, and other services listed at /services. We provide automated provisioning, monitoring, backups, and technical support according to the contracted plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and credentials. Sharing access credentials is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities performed on your account and for ensuring that any third party you authorize to use your instances complies with these Terms. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.
Plans are billed monthly via credit card processed by Stripe. Billing occurs on the same day each month. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions asked. After this period, there are no prorated refunds for early cancellations, except where required by Brazilian consumer law (Law 8.078/1990) when applicable.
It is prohibited to use our services for illegal activities, spam, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that harms other users or shared infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend instances that violate this acceptable use, with prior notice to the holder whenever possible.
For registration, billing, and platform-usage data we act as data controller. For content you process inside your instances we act as data processor under LGPD Art. 5, VII. For B2B customers who process third-party personal data within their instances, these Terms include data processing clauses (DPA) — you are the controller and we the processor, executing processing per your lawful instructions. To operate the platform we engage specialized processors (subprocessors) listed at /subprocessors. Some process data outside Brazil; these transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other safeguards under LGPD Art. 33. We notify B2B customers 30 days in advance before adding any new subprocessor.
We commit to the SLA of your plan (/sla). Downtime outside the SLA generates proportional credits. Scheduled maintenance is communicated with a minimum of 24 hours notice, except for security emergencies.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access is maintained until the end of the paid period. Cancellations do not generate refunds for the remaining period after the initial 7-day guarantee. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days for possible recovery; thereafter it is deleted or anonymized, except for retention required by law (see /privacy section "Retention").
In the event of a security incident involving personal data, we notify the National Authority (ANPD) and affected data subjects within 3 business days (Resolution CD/ANPD 15/2024). Public history at /incidents. To report a suspected incident: [email protected].
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 3 months of service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, data loss caused by incorrect customer configuration, unforeseeable external attacks, or events of fortuitous case and force majeure (Brazilian Civil Code Art. 393). This limitation does not apply where mandatory law forbids it.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-product with 30 days notice. Continued use after this period implies acceptance. If you disagree, you can cancel under section 9.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of AutomaBotHub's headquarters are the elected venue to resolve disputes, with express waiver of any other, however privileged, except where consumer law mandates a different venue.
